Dr. Carl de los Reyes is a board-certified plastic surgeon in Honolulu Hawaii and Diplomat of the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has undergone extensive training and rigorous testing. Dr. Carl de los Reyes grew up in Pearl City, Hawaii and graduated from Iolani School. Dr. Carl de los Reyes received his undergraduate degree from Columbia University before returning to complete his medical degree at the University of Hawaii. He finished is General Surgery residency at St. Elizabeth’s Hospital in Ohio and completed his fellowship in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Minnesota. While at the university, his compassion for children led him to participate in several missions to Guatemala and Peru to perform reconstructive surgeries on children who needed but could not get such care.
